How to Prevent Aging Caused by Long-Term Outdoor Sun Exposure
1.The raw glass substrate incorporates inherent UV-resistant base materials, paired with multi-layer UV-blocking optical films coated on both sides, blocking over 99% of UVA and UVB rays. It fundamentally prevents oxidative yellowing of glass under prolonged ultraviolet exposure, making it suitable for high-UV environments such as gobi deserts and plateaus.

2.The outer layer of the cover glass is coated with weather-resistant silicon-based composite coating, which integrates hydrophobic, anti-fouling and anti-UV aging properties. It slows down surface oxidation and discoloration, preventing fogging and yellowing under long-term outdoor sunlight exposure, and consistently maintaining clear display transparency over years of use.

3.It adopts special outdoor optical laminating glue mixed with UV stabilizers and antioxidants, free of easily yellowing monomers. No obvious yellowing occurs after 6–12 months of outdoor exposure. In high-UV environments such as gobi deserts and plateaus, the oxidation rate of the adhesive layer is greatly reduced, preventing overall screen yellowing and color distortion.

4.The lamination layers are fully wrapped around the screen perimeter with UV-resistant silicone edge-sealing adhesive, which blocks oxygen, moisture and ultraviolet rays from eroding the adhesive layer through the sides and slows down the aging and performance degradation of internal glue.

5.The light guide plate and diffusion sheet of the backlight are made of weather-resistant PC substrate blended with UV-resistant additives. High weatherability industrial-grade LED beads are adopted to significantly slow backlight attenuation under UV radiation. The brightness decay is controlled within 10% after two years of use, far better than the 30% attenuation of ordinary products.

6.All internal light-shielding and cushioning auxiliary materials of the complete unit are replaced with UV-resistant materials, preventing yellowing substances precipitated from aging accessories from contaminating optical layers and avoiding local color deviation and dim areas on the display.

How to Improve the Explosion-Proof Performance of the Product
1.A high-hardness ceramic anti-fouling layer is vapor-deposited on the cover glass surface, delivering superior oil and water repellency. Dust and metal cutting oil mist barely adhere to the panel and can be wiped off effortlessly, greatly reducing frequent cleaning work. The coating features higher hardness than standard AG layers, so routine cleaning with rags or dust-free paper will not scratch the underlying anti-glare AG coating.

2.Instead of post-sprayed AG coating, integrally etched AG glass is adopted. Its surface texture is embedded into the glass substrate with an outer protective overcoat, eliminating common defects of sprayed AG such as coating peeling and whitish scratches after wiping, and delivering outstanding resistance to repeated cleaning.

3.G+G full lamination eliminates the interlayer between cover glass and touch layer to prevent the accumulation of dust, oil mist and moisture. Thickened oil-resistant silicone rubber sealing rings and stepped dust-blocking edge seals are adopted around the screen perimeter, which block mine dust and machining oil mist from seeping into the touch area through side gaps, and avoid touch drift or disconnection caused by dirt buildup on ITO circuits.

4.Drainage and dust guide grooves are reserved along the bottom edge of the panel, allowing falling dust, condensed oil and water droplets to slide off automatically without accumulating in frame gaps. A dust shield is added to the equipment housing to block dust from blowing directly into screen gaps.

5.The chip identifies baseline shifts caused by dust and oil films on the panel in real time and dynamically calibrates touch reference values automatically. No random cursor jumps or unresponsive taps occur when the surface is lightly covered with dust or thin oil films, cutting down maintenance requests triggered by surface contamination.

1.Q: Will machining oil mist and mine dust affect the normal touch function of the screen?
A: No. The G+G full lamination structure avoids internal dirt accumulation, and the touch chip supports real-time dynamic baseline calibration. Minor dust or thin oil film on the surface will not cause random touch or failure.

2.Q: Will frequent wiping scratch the AG anti-glare surface or make the coating peel off?
A: We adopt chemically etched integrated AG glass with an outer high-hardness ceramic protective layer. It will not peel or show white scratches after repeated wiping, unlike traditional spray-coated AG.
